It appears as a limpid green with golden yellow notesgiving an intense scent rich in vegetal notes of leaf and artichoke. Its taste is broad and complex, clean, fresh with bitter and spicy notes, prevailing an overall sweetness. Ideal for appetizers, vegetable soups, roasted red meats.
